Sleeping in my Own Bed!

For the last few months, we've been trying to get Emma to not only sleep all night in her own bed, but to be able to put herself to bed and fall asleep on her own. It has been a pretty tough few months - considering we have had a Family Bed since she was 1, but Emma is doing a great job! She now is not only able to sleep all night in her own bed, but she falls asleep all by herself like such a big girl. We are so very proud of her and all the effort she has made. We have been keeping a sticker chart where she gets a sticker for every night she had a good bedtime. When she has 5 nights in a row, she gets to pick from our special treat bucket. The bucket contains activities that we can do together as a family - and today she had 5 stickers in a row! Her special treat was a PicNic in the park! Today was a perfect day for it too! We took Cooper, packed a lunch and spent a couple of hours together playing...we had a great day! GREAT JOB EMMA!!!
